Business casual for women is a very not defined thing. For men in the game industry it’s jeans, t-shirt + suit jacket. In the tech industry it’s button up shirt, no tie and jeans. For women it’s ???. And changes a lot based on what coast you’re on.
Yeah it does, and depending on the office (if it’s an actual office sob. with some of these I don’t even) it varies too. So I guess my best bet is to overdress and alter accordingly
